How do I add the Reception block on a page?
Open the block inserter and search “Reception” — or paste for Classic Editor, Elementor, or Divi. Both render the same live chat panel.
Can I log into wp-admin and try it?
Yes — demo / demo. Edit pages, change copy, try mode="fab" on a draft. Reception ID, API key, and plugin activation stay locked on this demo.
Does chat load from the WordPress database?
No. The plugin only prints a container div and loads embed.js from the Soft Aware API. Chat, leads, and the knowledge base all stay on Soft Aware.
What does a full site build cost?
